This may be old news…but for those of you who are passionate video bloggers, you’ll love Gary Vaynerchuk.

Pictured above when he was on The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, Vanderchuk transformed his family’s local liquor store in New Jersey into the Wine Library. An infectious public speaker on business, social media, and wine, his references to “bringing the thunder” are awesome. If you’re into building your brand and being passionate about what it is that you do, he’s quickly becoming the go to guy. Very interesting.
