Your master

First thing first – we know it sounds obvious, but please make sure your master functions exactly the way you want it to before submitting it to us. For audio projects, we prefer accepting DDP files or finalized and closed CDRs that have been formatted for audio. For DVD projects, we can accept .iso files of your session or a finalized DVD-R master.

Your graphic materials

Depending on file size, we generally like to receive artwork via email or through WeTransfer or Dropbox. Regardless of the delivery channel, for each job we prefer:

1. A PDF version of the artwork utilizing our templates; or
2. An EPS version of the artwork with all type converted to outlines (show all layers if possible)

We know this might create extra work for you, but it enables us to make many common (but necessary) fixes without having to bother you. This means that typically you provide the artwork files to us and we’re able to get the order completed without any additional back and forth.
