You can submit your project files to us via WeTransfer. Please review the guidelines below before sending your artwork.

Acceptable file formats

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• PDFs, EPS, Tiffs and JPEGs (compressed at high-quality only)

Any image formats other than these (e.g. PowerPoint or Word) will not be accepted.

File transmission

Make sure submissions are compressed ZIPs to protect files from being corrupted during transfer and to shorten the transfer time. Files can be supplied to us on disc or sent via WeTransfer. We do not accept artwork by email (regardless of size).

Font information

All type must be included and/or converted to outlines, regardless of whether the font is Truetype, OpenType or Postscript.

Image information

• All support (linked) files must be included
• Standard image resolution for printing is 300 dpi (Internet/web images are usually at 72 or 144 dpi and while they may look good on the screen they’ll look fuzzy when printed)
• Verify that all line-art and line-drawings were scanned at 1200 dpi (optical) or higher
